How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for most items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain categories like innerwear are non-returnable.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements with a similar garment you already own for the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
